Passage: Luke 2:8-20

The shepherds would probably be the last people we would chose to be an ambassador. They were probably a filthy, smelly and illiterate group - the lowest of the commoners. However, God shown glory around them, by means of the angels, and told them to see the birth of the Messiah in Bethlehem. Just as the shepherds were told to go and meet Jesus in the stable, leading them to proclaim the story, we too are being called to meet Jesus which should also move us to share Him.
