David has begun this Psalm exhorting his own soul to praise God and then lists a number of reasons why God is worthy of praise. The psalmist then used three different examples to compare the love of God to things humans can identify with. Now David chooses to contrast the Love of God to the frailty and weakness of mankind to help us better understand just how great and marvelous our Creator is. Pr.
